Team names, club names, fixture dates, match scores, frame results, player names and high breaks for the Winter 2026-27 season. Nothing else.
Home addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and dates of birth are never shown, even where the league holds them. Captains’ contact details stay with the committee.
Ellesmere Port Snooker League decides what appears here. Brownz Media Services builds and hosts the site on the league’s behalf and acts only on the committee’s instructions.
Under UK GDPR a player’s name alongside their results counts as personal data, so it is handled on the basis of the league’s legitimate interest in running and reporting its own competition. If you play in the league and want your name shown only as initials, or removed from the statistics pages, tell any committee member and it will be changed.
This site sets no cookies, and has no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, so there is nothing to agree to. Everything on a page, fonts included, comes from the site itself. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the connection to your browser, as any web host does. Links to Facebook, YouTube and other sites are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from them unless you click one.
The scorecard page is the one place anything is stored on your device: if a captain taps Save, a copy of the unfinished card is kept on that phone, in the browser, until the card is sent or cleared. It is needed for the page to do what was asked, never leaves the phone, and is not used for anything else.
A scorecard that is sent - the players, scores and breaks, any blind picks, the team PIN and the captain’s name if they add it - goes to the league’s own Google Sheet, run by Google, where the league’s results are kept. PINs are held privately in the sheet’s script and are never published.
Scores and tables are generated from the league’s own spreadsheet. If something is wrong here it is almost always wrong there too — tell the fixtures secretary and the correction will show up automatically.
